With so much of our lives spent indoors, it is critical that the air we’re breathing is of good quality. Pollutants and contaminants in the air can cause a number of serious conditions and illnesses. Indoor Air Quality is a helpful tool created by ECE UK to help you identify the best filtration for your site to enhance health and wellbeing. Improving your air’s quality and properly ventilating the site will reduce air pollution indoors and ensure the safety and comfort of those who work and visit your site.
How does it work?
We use a classification system laid out in EN ISO 16809 standard to identify the most suitable air filters for ventilating different particulate. This allows us to design air handling units to a highly detailed specification to remove the specific contaminants that you need from your site. Our tool uses the Department for Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) ambient air quality map and data from the World Health Organisation (WHO) to make sure you have the most accurate and effective result possible.
The benefits of indoor air quality monitoring
Air that is the correct temperature and free of contaminants will benefit the health of those visiting, working, or living at your site. Our sophisticated tool uses data and our own expertise to identify how you can best improve the inside air conditions at your site. Reducing inside air pollution prevents sick building syndrome, creates a more pleasant environment, brings long and short-term health benefits, and keeps you compliant with government regulations. Our air handling systems can adjust to meet your changing air quality needs and keep your site healthy and comfortable.
