All our bespoke air handling units come with a 12-month warranty as standard. We also offer a maintenance package that will extend the warranty of your new AHU to 24 months and includes site visits every 6 months to assess its condition. The validity of these warranties is contingent on the proper use and care of your unit, including replacing the filters and setting the thermostat properly. Provided that your AHU is looked after, any faults or irregularities that develop during the warranty period – which starts after the AHU has landed – are covered, and will be resolved by one of our expert maintenance engineers.
Trend intelligent controls
We offer an additional warranty on our Trend intelligent controls. When we complete the installation at your building you will receive a 5-year warranty on your Trend IQ4E controller. This sophisticated piece of equipment will be finely tuned to meet your site’s needs, giving you peace of mind. In the unlikely event a fault develops, it will be rectified at no cost to you. Your system will be back up and running before you know it.
